Return Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and intact packaging.
• Shoes must be returned with the original box and only after trying them on a clean surface.
• Non-refundable items: personalized or made-to-measure items, earrings, underwear/swimwear without seals, opened cosmetics, gift cards.
• Sale items are refundable; promotional benefits are not recredited.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@ameconceptstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a return label and shipping instructions.
3. Pack the items carefully and send to:

4. Once we receive the package, we will check the items within 2–3 business days.

Costs

• Belgium: return label €5.90 (deducted from refund) or free in-store return.
• EU: variable cost depending on the country (we will inform you before).
• Returns for defective or incorrect items are free of charge.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless it’s our mistake or a defect).
• Size/color exchanges are possible if available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.

Defects & Warranty

• If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• We will apply the EU legal warranty (repair/replacement or refund).

In-Store Returns

• You can return or exchange items directly in our boutique, presenting your proof of purchase.
